Jay has over 11 years of professional experience in project management, water sampling & testing, and environmental permitting. Jay’s experience includes project troubleshooting and resolving wetland, wildlife, and other permitting issues. In addition to his abilities in wetland delineation and wildlife identification, Jay has extensive water quality monitoring experience and laboratory-based water sample analysis. Jay’s skills also include proficiency with AutoCAD and other computer-based technologies that are necessities in the modern environmental consulting field.
