Judson has extensive permitting experience from his career in private consulting and with the state's regulatory program, where he served the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a permit reviewer for over six years. More recently, he has made permit problem-solving and permit acquisition his speciality. Whether the project is large or small, Judson's range of permitting knowledge enables him to take the project from the initial assessment stage through the entire regulatory process and ultimately to permit issuance. Judson's experience includes permitting through the FDEP, Water Management Districts, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and local governments.
