Stephanie has over eight years of professional experience in project management, environmental consulting and permitting. She originally entered the development community as a permit reviewer for the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) in 1997. At the District, Stephanie reviewed permit applications for small and large projects throughout Central Florida.  Stephanie entered the private sector in 2004 as an environmental consultant for an Orlando-based engineering firm before joining Bio-Tech in 2005. She has extensive experience with permit applications and review criteria,  including Environmental Resource Permits (ERP), Management and Storage of Surface Water Permits (MSSW), and the Army Corps of Engineers' Nationwide and Individual Permits. Stephanie has exceptional knowledge and experience with the new Unified Mitigation Assessment Methodology (UMAM), which is used to calculate State and Federal mitigation requirements.
